The Wyndham Waikiki Beach walk opened in December, 2006 and is located in Waikiki's best
neighborhood and newest hot spot, the Beach Walk Strip. The resort is centrally located, just steps to the
beach and public transportation, and in walking distance from all Waikiki attractions.
When you stay here as the guest of a private owner, you will enjoy all resort amenities including a heated
pool, game room, fitness room, computer library, and free classes like hula, ukulele, and lei making.
All suites are fully furnished with full kitchen, flat screen TV's, washer and dryer, and free Wifi. Sheets,
towels, and all kitchen needs are provided. The two bedroom, two bath deluxe suites are approximately
1200 square feet and sleep up to 8 on a king bed, two full beds, and a queen sofa bed. The one bedroom
deluxe suites are approximately 650 square feet and sleep up to 4 on a king bed and a queen sofa bed.
The one bedroom suites are approximately 450 square feet and sleep up to 4 on a king bed and a queen
sofa bed. All deluxe suites come with a whirlpool tub and walk-in shower in the master bath. A limited
number of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom presidential suites are also available. Some handicap accessible and
hearing impaired rooms are available, so please let us know if you need these special accommodations.
Two bedroom price range from $250 to $1000 per night. Prices vary according to suite type, floor, day of the
week and season, so please inquire. Availability changes daily. We will be happy to do a search of
Wyndham's inventory and provide you with availability and pricing. On-site valet parking is available for $25 a
day. Off-site parking for $12 a day may be available at the Hale Koa Hotel parking lot.
There is no sales tax or room tax charges on timeshare rentals. A small timeshare tax of approximately $3
to $8 per day will be assessed by the resort, based on the size of your suite.
