Formerly the Embassy Vacation Resort, Kaanapali Beach Club offers you the best of both
worlds: the comfort and service of a fine hotel combined with the independence and easy
living of a condo. In every suite the living room has a full-sized sofa bed and an entertainment
center with 35" color TV, VCR, and AM/FM radio. The luxury bath includes an oversized
soaking tub, separate shower, and his and hers vanities. And the kitchenette is designed for
convenience and function with a microwave and refrigerator. Additional suite amenities
include room service, daily maid service, two telephones in every suite, and voice messaging.
The resort features garden atriums, beautiful tropical gardens, and relaxing waterfalls. And
the one-acre pool with waterslide is something your whole family is sure to enjoy. You can
start each day with a delicious American breakfast for two, then relax at the evening cocktail

KBC TIMESHARE RENTAL POLICIES
The minimum rental is 2 nights and you may request a stay of any length, with any check-in date. However, the best rates are reserved for those
checking in on either a Friday, Saturday or Sunday and staying in 7 day increments (7,14, 21, etc.). You must be at least 21 years of age to check
into a timeshare. You will be required to present a credit card and picture I.D. at the reception desk. A check in time of 4 PM and check out time of
10 AM will be strictly enforced.
Cleaning : There are no cleaning charges on timeshare rentals. You will not receive complimentary maid service. Maid service can be arranged
through the front desk for a fee.
Taxes: The State of Hawaii charges a timeshare accommodation tax. You will pay this directly to the hotel, this tax will approximate $5 per night
Reservations:
We accept reservations by phone between 8 AM and 8 PM Hawaii time; or 24 hours a day by e-mail at lauriehanan@somewhereinparadise.biz. A
booking deposit of $500 is due at time of booking. Full payment is due and must be received within 60 days, or 91 days prior to your arrival,
whichever is sooner. We do not send reminders.
Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made at least 91 days before your check in date. If you cancel more than 91 days before your arrival, your rental fee will be
refunded to you, less a $100 processing fee.
If cancellation is made less than 91 days, but more than 61 days before check in, we will refund 50% of your rental fee. After the 61st day, no
refund will be made.
Occupancy: The occupancy limit of the one bedroom units is 4.Children are counted in the occupancy. Misrepresentation may result in renters
being asked to vacate the property without
a refund.
Payment Options: Credit cards, Paypal and checks accepted.
Pets: Sorry, pets are not allowed at KBC
Printing Errors: Somewhere In Paradise is not responsible for any printing errors.
Refunds: Simply stated, once you have entered into a contract to rent a property, you are binding yourself to that property for that time. There
should be no exception of compensation or relocation because you
don't like the property or something in the
property isn't working to your satisfaction.
Parking: Parking is available through the resort for $13/day
